A mandala is a sacred image, which when we focus on it, draws our attention within.
Meditating on a mandala takes us to our center.
Come and have some FUN while creating YOUR own mandala, relax and bring back
your child like nature while you create.
When we create a Mandala, we make a personal symbol that reveals who we are at the moment.
We create our own "Sacred Space".
Let your creation be whatever you want it to be and let your expression of SELF come through.
It will be YOUR own beautiful creation.
Mandala workshop classes are held in Dromana and various other locations.

LABYRINTH WALK AND WORKSHOPS
The labyrinth is a spiritual path to a sacred place.
It can provide a way to peace and balance in your life.
There is no wrong way to walk a labyrinth, walk the labyrinth pathway as you feel drawn to.
Let the labyrinth guide you.
As you come to the center, take the time to focus on your journey inwards, on your center. At the end of your journey out, see if there seems anything different.
Labyrinths are used as healing tools in hospitals and various other places.
Come along and enjoy your sacred journey.

I attended the Labyrinth Facilitator training workshop with Robert Ferre in 2009 and it was very informative.
It gave me a deeper understanding of the labyrinth and its history and uses.
I have a classical 7 circuit labyrinth made from local rocks in my backyard.
Private or group walks by appointment
I also host group walks and workshops during times of celebration like full moon and solstice.
